WHAT: Sustainable Business Project at KEA.

PROBLEM: Millions of tennis balls go to waste every year and end up in landfills. The lifespan of a tennis ball is short, and the materials are notoriously hard to recycle.

PROCESS & SOLUTION: We partnered with tennis clubs around Copenhagen, prototyped custom furniture shapes
and a specialized "Ball Collect" bin, and ran multiple
demand tests. Finally, we launched REBALL - a brand
that transforms waste into iconic, long-lasting furniture.
